PRocess

I begin only after the full payment is completed

Once the payment is confirmed, I request all references and detailed descriptions of what you want. The more specific you are, the smoother the process will be.

I create three initial sketches to explore composition and pose. After you choose one, I refine it and show you a more detailed version for adjustments.

Then I present the flat colors, and from there I continue rendering while sharing key progress updates.

Corrections are only allowed during the refined sketch stage and the flat color stage. After rendering begins, only minor adjustments are possible.

Once the artwork is finished, I notify you and request your email to deliver the final files in high‑resolution JPG and PNG at their original size.

TERMS of service AND CONDITIONS

  • Work begins only after full payment.

  • PayPal only.

  • The client must provide clear and detailed references, More information means fewer delays and revisions.

  • I provide three initial sketches, After choosing one, I show a refined sketch for adjustments, Then I present flat colors. Rendering begins after approval.

  • Revisions are allowed only during specific stages:

    • Refined sketch

    • Flat colors

  • Up to 3 minor revisions and 1 major if I missed a detail from your references.

  • Changes of mind are not included.

  • Additional complexity may require an extra fee. This includes armor, creatures, props, magic effects, or highly detailed concepts.

  • 7–21 days depending on complexity and queue.

  • I do not accept strict deadlines.

  • I reserve the right to publish the final artwork on my social media and portfolio. If you want me to link your posts on Twitter or Instagram, I can do that. If you need the artwork to remain private until a specific date, let me know in advance.

  • Personal use only.

  • Commercial rights must be purchased separately.

  • The client may not edit, crop, or alter the artwork.

  • No AI, datasets, NFTs, or resale.

  • I do not create offensive, illegal, or uncomfortable content.

  • No refunds after payment.

  • I may cancel the commission without refund if the client behaves disrespectfully.

  • I retain all rights to the artwork.

  • The client receives a usage license, not full ownership.

  • Final files are delivered in high‑resolution PNG and JPG.
